write formula that grabs data from last column
 

I need to know how to write a formula in excel that takes data from the last
column with data in a spreadsheet. I am updating several sheets every
quarter, the latest data needs to be used by a different table that grabs
information from the other sheets.

I need this because if I just click and drag the formulas across other cells
in the sheet then the table that grabs the data needs to be updated every
time.
