I deleted information in an Excel spreadhsheet, saved it, and closed it.. I
need to recover the information I changed. Is there anyway I can get the
information back even though I saved the file after I deleted it?

Not unless you had a backup.

Are you on a Network where perhaps your IT dept. does a backup every night?

Did you recently send the file to someone who could send it back?
