Tool bar keeps loading

I have a tool bar (not a standard one) which keeps loading each time I
start Excel. I remove it but its back the next time I start up. Looked
everywhere I can think of. Any ideas most appreciated.

Does this Toolbar have a name?

Have a look at ToolsCustomizeToolbarsAttach.

See anything there that you can delete?

Are you loading an add-in or file that creates the Toolbar when loading?
