Default How to hide cell reference borders (top/left side) in Excel?

Using Excel 2003. I have seen an Excel file that looked more like a form &
does not have the alpha reference border on the top or the number reference
border on the left side. I would like to make a similar form, but can not
find the option to hide them.

That option is on Tools-Options, on the View Tab. There are some checkboxes
at the bottom, on the Window option section, that control what you want to
show/hide.

Hope this helps,
Miguel
