Issues with dates
 

When I typed 072806 in an excel formatted date column it came up 5/01/2099.
The only way I was able to keep the dates I want is to actually type 7/28/06.
I do not usually type the / when entering dates in a formatted column.

Dates cannot be entered without a separator like / or -

If you "do not usually type the /" then you have some code running.

You can use VBA event code for quick entry as you want.

Alternative.........................

Format the cells as Text.........enter your 072806 and many more like it in
successive cells until you have all your dates entered.

Then DataText to ColumnsNextNextColumn Data FormatDateMDYFinish.
