My books appears horizontally flipped, how can i fix this?

When i create a new document in excel or i try to open one that is already
saved, it appears flipped, the column "A" apears at the right side of the
screen, also the tags of the rows, i try to fix it putting a clean book on
the directory XLSTART, and it works just for the first book that is open, the
next one appears with the same problem, can anybody tell me how to fix this
problem, is there an update that i could run or what? Thanks

Tools|Options|International tab
check those settings at the bottom

From top menu, go to Tools | Options. In the International tab, make sure
the default direction is selected as Left-to-right. Also make sure the View
current sheet right-to-left check box is off.
