Subtotaling a calculated field in a pivot table

I have this pivot table with a calculated field dividing the 1st column
into the 2nd. When it subtotals, it always uses the sum of the 2nd
column which is not what i need as as you can see it gives a much
smaller %. 28915/105503 is not 5.48%. I need it to divide the
subtotal of the 1st column into the 2nd same as above. I tried making
the subtotal of the 2nd column to show MAX thinking that would override
always using the sum. I'm stumped.
