I am trying to create a football pool schedule that can display everyone's
picks.

How about making each week a seperate worksheet tab.

List the games down 1 column, put the peoples names at the top one name per
column and then either put the name of the team picked in the column under
the persons name, then have a seperate totals worksheet that keeps track of
total number correct.
