Lift Data from Rows to Populate HTML Variables

The purpose of the process would be to lift data from rows to populate
HTML variables per Paypal Shopping Cart Guidelines. The coding process
is needed to automate populating the buttons & for now, we only would
want the process to post to a .txt file.
