hours are less than eight hours
 

I know that the hours are less than eight hours and it needs to show as
negative however it works fine if you work more than eight hours but less
than 8 it shows as ######. Does anyone else know how to do this?

Set your workbook to 1904 calendar if you need to dieplay negative time.
Tools Options menu.
