no copy/cut and paste while being able still write
 

I am making a rather large book that mainly depends on what people write in
the first sheet. I found out that copying/cutting any of those cells to a
diffrent one screws everything else up becuase what ever was reading that
data just follows it.

So could I protect people (or me) from accidently doing this while stil
being able to write in data?
