Default To change measurement unit in Excel

I am using MS office 2002.Whenever I paste an object on Excel,I try to format
the size of the object,I notice that thers is only INCHE available.Wherelse
in Words I can choose between CM & INCHE.Someone please help to assist on how
to change between INCHE & CM in Excel.
