Filtering Multiple Instances

Hi all,

I have a spreadsheet that has a list of various properties. Many of
these properties are listed more than once (always grouped together). I
am trying to filter the list so I only see one instance of each
property. Can anyone suggest how this can be achieved?

TIA,

SamuelT

You could use a helper column with a formula like:

=countif(a$2:a2,a2)
drag down

Then filter to show the 1's.
