Default copying data during iterations

i have a worksheet with formulas that goes through iterations. right
now i set the iterations to 3600 to represent a time step of 1 hour. i
then have to copy and paste the results and then iterate for another
3600 and again copy and paste. i do this for as many hours as i would
like to run the simulation. is there a way i can have excel
automatically copy and paste the results while it is iterating. this
way i can just set it to go through the maximum number of iterations
and it will record the values on its own at 1,2,3,etc hours.

the problem seems to be that if i tell it to paste the values after the
iterations reach a certain time, that anytime after that time it
continues to update the values. i just need it to paste the values at
one time and leave it alone.

thanks

Default copying data during iterations

i have not been using code for this, but am hoping to do it through a
logic statement in the cells.
