How do I restore header numbers for rows in a worksheet?

Only three row header numbers of an Excel worksheet are blank. When I tried
to fill them by using the insert method, it just moved the blank spaces down
the sheet. I know there is a way to restore the numbers but I cannot find it
in the online help and I am not sure how i lost them in the first place.

Never mind. I found that I had set the formatting so that the Header numbers
for those rows were Justified to the top instead of the bottom.

Have you hidden some rows?

Do you have Autofilter enabled?
