Excel startup customisation

I have an excel file that automatically opens 2 instances of itself on
different sheets when opened via windows explorer double click. This is a
really useful feature but i have no idea how it was done. I could do it
using macros, but this one doesn't so is puzzling me. Any ideas? Please help!

Hi,

Someone's probably saved it whilst having two instances (Window New
Window) of the worksheet open. When you do this, on re-opening Excel
will open both instances as it was last saved.

HTH,
