Mail from Excel
 

I have Office 2003, in previous version I usually mail a section of Excel
with €�Subject€�, some comments in the €œIntroduction€� to several contacts and
save the file.
Later, when I modify the Excel data and when I €œmail to€� Excel used to
remember the €œcontacts€�, the comments and shows a message stating: €œthis was
mailed on ___€�.
Now with Office 2003, I need to add the contacts again, modify the Subject
and I do not have my previous comments.
Would you give some advise how to configure Excel or Outlook with this
characteristics.
