List box not being displayed in second worksheet
I have created a workbook with two worksheets.
The first sheet has a drop down list box (created from the control toolbox) and a command button. This drop down list will be used to select a custom view for the second sheet based on the selection in the list. The sheet also contains a text box with a title. I have a second sheet that contains a large table and on the top part of the sheet I have freezed the panes and have included another drop down list box and command button. When I make a selection in the first worksheet to open up a custom view of the second sheet, the second sheet is opened with the custom view, but the drop down list box is not visible and actually contains the part of the image from the first sheet (ie. the title text). I have to actually click on the drop down list several times to make it appear. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? Thanks Brian |
No idea at all.
But it sounds more like a display problem than excel (but I've been wrong before!). If you just minimize windows and restore them, does it look ok? If you have the zoom factor at something other than 100%, try 100% to see if that helps. Good luck, Brian wrote: I have created a workbook with two worksheets. Thanks Dave,
I've managed to get around the problem by selecting a blank sheet and then selecting the sheet I actually need. Probably not the best solution, but it works and the user will not supsect a thing Brian "Dave Peterson" wrote: No idea at all.
