Hi, This is Pritesh from India. Recently I have came across a copy of Excel
file, which had Data Subtotals function applied to it's Rows as well as Columns. I have been using Subtotals function for Rows, but, don't know how to apply this to columns (subtotals of columns). Can someone explain me the procedure? Is it available in Office 2002? |

If you're seeing the outlining symbols across the top (to hide/show columns),
you can accomplish this by selecting columns and doing: Data|Group and Outline|Group Pritesh wrote: Hi, This is Pritesh from India. Hi Dave.
Thanx. This helped me. I came to know that what I have seen was grouping of columns and not Subtotals.
