How do I set up a Speed and directional graph
 

I want to have a graph that has 8 starting points across the bottom. They
differ in the direction and the distance they go in a set period of time. I
would like to show the intersecting lines if there is intersection between
any of the points. This is a chart of 8 greyhounds starting from the starting
box and running to the first turn. Some will run inside, some outside, and
some in the middle of the chart and in 7 seconds they will run a different
distance. Hence the intersection of lines or trouble points.
