Vector Perceptual Mapping
 
Do you mean a perceptual map as used in marketing to map a product against
two attributes, eg drilling machines against speed on one axis against
accuracy on the other axis?
This can be done with a bubble chart, or an XY scatter chart. A bubble
chart is possibly most interesting where you can use the size of the bubble
to show another parameter, e.g sales volume or market share.
