Default Y-axis on both sides?? Gridlines priority??

Is it possible to display a y-axis on both sides of a chart?

Both should be identical, and should have automatic scales. It's on a
Area chart with four or five data series.

Alternatively, if I could give the Gridlines priority (ie if they
appeared on top of the coloured area ranges) it would solve my
problem.

Thanks
