Pivot Tables: need to customize formatting
Hello:
I have several PivotTables. I do not want to use the prepackaged MSoft formatting: color, fonts all that. Everytime I change the formatting and the table is subsequently refreshed for new data, the formatting is destroyed. How do I hold my formatting changes fixed? Is there a way around this goofy thing? Thanks, pepenacho |

Pivot Tables: need to customize formatting
Steven,
That does not work. Although it takes away the preset formatting it just then proceeds to put everything in a bar-type table. It's just ughly and aweful. Is there a way to complete shut that down?? The goal is: once I set a format, it needs to stay stable? Is there a way? Pivot Tables: need to customize formatting
Ok, I got a part of what you're talking about to work. But the labels for the
column information (basically the fields) the formats keep getting destroyed after a refresh....
