Try to make Subject match the question best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme www.stfx.ca/people/bliengme remove caps from email "cereldine" wrote in message ... I have used the inbuilt functionality of a pivot chart to look at a specific value and then compare it to the corresponding value for the year before, this gives me results such as 6.5%. My data only goes back as far as 02/03 and so the values for these records are blank, However these records do appear in my chart giving it a strange look as the first 12 month records are blank and the values starts for April 03/04. My question is, is it possible to exclude the null or blank values in my chart, thus giving it a more professional appearence? Thanks -- cereldine ------------------------------------------------------------------------ cereldine's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=32069 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=519346 |
