Plotting X and Y to a single point
I would like to create a graph where the x value and y value are plotted as a
single point on the graph (I have 10 points I want to graph and I keep coming up with 20). Seems like a common thing to do, but I can't find it. Thank you -- mea |

Arrange the data in ten adjacent rows in two adjacent columns with X values in the left column and associated Y values in the right column. Select the entire data range (20 cells). Click the Chart Wizard (or choose Insert | Chart), and select the XY (Scatter) chart type. - Mike www.mikemiddleton.com "mea" wrote in message ... Hi,
Are you by any chance choosing "Line Plot" for the Chart Type? You should choose "XY (Scatter)". Regards, B. R.
