Charts - Align value & category data labels independently

For example, I should be able use the Format Data Series dialogue box to align the category data labels with the "Inside Base" setting while aligning the value labels with the "Outside End" setting. -- Stuart Bratesman, Jr., MPP Muskie School of Public Service Univ. of Southern Maine Portland, Maine ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
