Changing Marker based on Scenario

I run 30 quarterly reports and graph 3-5 measures on one chart. Each measure
includes five column charts: four for the quarterly results, and a fifth bar
chart for the benchmark (formatted to overlap the quarterly results 100% it
forms a box around them). Finally, a line chart containing ONLY markers for
the YTD results. I would like the marker or at least the color of the marker
to change when the YTD result that is represents is less than the benchmark
it is being measured against.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance.
