Default using "transparency" option on chart settings

Hi,

It's not available to charts. The dialog is also used for Fill Effects
in shapes. And when used on a shape that section of the dialog in enabled.

If you are after using transparency effect see John Walkenbach's work
around.

Cheers

explain how to use this option?
