Tracking workouts

Hi,

I'm trying to create a bunch of separate bar charts. I want to create a
graphical representation for different interval workouts. For instance 5
minute warmup and then increase level for 5 minutes and 1 minute at lower
level, etc.

I would like the longer bursts to have wider bars then the shorter bursts.

Here is a sample:

5 minute warmup - level 1
5 min. - level 2
1 min. - level 1
5 min. - level 2.3
1 min. - level 1
5 min. - level 2.6
2-3 min. - level 1
repeat

Sometimes the "bursts" can be 30 seconds instead of a full minute.

Thanks.
