reversing the axis on a chart
Hi,
I have a pivotchart based on some financial data. From that I have created a pivottable/chart. However as the data is financial, the +/- values re reverse to what I would expect (i.e. top 10 becomes bottom 10, etc) and as such when plotting a simple bar chart, the chart appears to be upside down as all the figures being plotted are negative. Is there a way to invert the axis so that the chart appears "normal" without changing the original data? I've tried playing with the axis options with no success. Any and all advice is gratefully received. Kind regards Chris. |

Format Axis/ Scale/ select "Values in reverse order" should do it. -- David Biddulph |
