Whenever you create a line chart using excel 2000. The smoothline option is
selected by default. How do I disable this? I want all my users to create a charts without smoothline. Regards, R. Suresh Krishnan. |
Please describe the steps involved in creating this chart, as the result
does not match what I presume you have said you are doing. Jerry Sureshkrishnan wrote: Whenever you create a line chart using excel 2000. The smoothline option is selected by default. How do I disable this? I want all my users to create a charts without smoothline. Regards, R. Suresh Krishnan. |
Sounds like the chart that's been selected as the default type has the
smoothing turned on. Select your chart, choose Chart Type from the Chart menu, choose the appropriate chart type with unsmooth lines, then click on the Set as Default Type button at the bottom of the dialog. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Peltier Technical Services Tutorials and Custom Solutions http://PeltierTech.com/ _______ Jerry W.
