Grouping measures
hi, I'm measuring a feature of some products. I'm taking groups of measures for accuracy. I've got something like this: Products | Operations | Response Value Product1 | 10 | 1 Product1 | 5 | 9 Product2 | 10 | 12 Product2 | 5 | 3 Product3 | 10 | 8 Product3 | 5 | 6 I want to show this in a chart, but I don't want Product1 to appear more than once. I would need some way to show Product1 and then as a subtitle or something like that (not as a series), Operations. In other words, I would need to combine Products and Operations as a unique cathegory. I would really appreciate your answer, Thanks, Federico -- fmilano ------------------------------------------------------------------------ fmilano's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=27795 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=473025 |
Not sure what kind of chart you want (bar, line, XY). I created a column chart from your data where I made the category values 10 and 5, the Y values were the response value, and used three different series: one for Product 1, one for product 2, and one for product 3. This gives me a chart where, for each category, I have three columns, each column representing the response value for each product at that number of operations. -- MrShorty ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MrShorty's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=22181 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=473025 |
