Data Point labeling
I have created a simple line chart. I want the data points to be labeled
with information from a column that is not included in the data or series range. Can I do this easily? N. VB programming please Also, how can I have one data point on this line chart show up as either a different color or different shape when the value is less than a std number? (I am trying to highlight an out of spec condition). thanks! |
Hi,
Here is a free addin you code use to label the points with text in cells http://www.appspro.com/Utilities/ChartLabeler.htm If "N. VB programming please" means no addin then see the page on how to do it manually. http://www.andypope.info/tips/tip001.htm To create a conditional chart have a look here. http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/...nalChart1.html Cheers Andy Russell-stanely wrote: I have created a simple line chart.
