To call up the Pivot Table & Pivot Chart Wizard in Excel 2010: ALT + D + P Alternatively add it to the QAT: More commands All Commands Pivot Table & Pivot Chart Wizard Add. 1: Tick the Multiple consolidation ranges Next Create a single page field for me Next Select your data Finish. 2: Then double click the Grand Total cell.
