Column chart help needed
 

I am trying to create a column chart that compares 2011 and 2011 data for 4 months (june, july, aug & sept) for several different divisions (employment, education, medical, personal, etc).

I've made basic charts, but can't figure this one out. See attachment for data. If you can give me a heads up, I'd be grateful!
