Survey into Pivot Table

Hello, I'm using Excel 2010. I have a survey of 5 questions with YES or NO answers. How would I make a PIVOT Table out of this information? Pivot tables need numbers correct? When I process a pivot table, it doesn't allow for me to make the information into a bar graph...
