How do I bring a trendline in front of an object in Excel?
I am trying to place a shape on a chart. I want the trendline to be in front
of the object. How do I accomplish this??? |
Hi,
If you use a shape within the chart I don't think you will be able to change the layer its on. It will always be above the charting elements. If you add a dummy series and plot as line or xy-scatter you could use the shape as a custom marker. This you could then control, to some extend. Sort of depend on what the shape is. Thank you for the info. This was a question from an engineer. I guess he
wanted to share his frustration with me:). Thanks "Andy Pope" wrote: Hi, If you use a shape within the chart I don't think you will be able to change the layer its on.
