How do I graph x,y pairs of numbers with Excel?

i want to simpy graph ordered pairs of number. There may be repeats of x or
y or both. Both ranges of numbers are numbers; neither is a label. This has
to be possible.

Put the X values in a column. Put the Y values in the next column, so
the pairer values are positioned next to each other. Select the range of
values you've entered, and start the chart wizard: click the button on
the standard toolbar with a small chart on it, or choose Chart from the
Insert menu. In step 1 of the chart wizard, select the Scatter chart
type (fifth item down the list on the left), then follow the rest of the
wizard.
