plotting 2 variables as scatter and naming each point
Can anyone tell me how to plot one variable against another as a scatter
graph and then get the persons name to be written next to each point plotted on the graph? |
Select the 2 columns for the x and y values and click the Chart Wizard
button. Follow the steps to create a XY Scatter chart. Then, use Rob Bovey's XY Chartlabeler (www.appspro.com) or John Walkenbach's Chart Tools (www.j-walk.com) to add the 3rd column as labels. To do this by hand see Data Labels http://www.tushar-mehta.com/excel/ne...els/index.html -- Regards, Tushar Mehta www.tushar-mehta.com Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA add-ins, tutorials Custom MS Office productivity solutions In article , says...
