FORMULAS IN CHARTS? xl2000
Is it possible to use formulas or functiions in the chart "windows"?
I would like to plot some thing if it has an acceptable "value" but if it equals false or zero I do not want to take up space on the chart. I am trying to track 25 entities and if only 5 show up then I have 20 slots on my bar chart that I do not want. Basically, I only want to display the values for entities that have significant data. The data is from two pivot charts and I am trying to consolidate the two (in a separate no-pivot table page) so that I can compare last year to this year. I also want this to be as automatic as possible( only modify the pivot criteria-same for both tables) . I could make this work but I may not be the only one using this spreadsheet. -- MGOETZ Mason,OH |
