Pie Charts Resize Automatically - How To Avoid?

Matt,

This is probably not the answer you're looking for but it's a workaround . .
.. I've sometimes had to use a third party screen capturing software like
Hypersnap or SnagIt to first capture an image of the charts. Then, after
saving that image as a .gif file, I'll PDF the .gif image. I too can't
explain the strange PDF behavior.

I have two pie charts side-by-side that need to be exactly equal in
size. After populating the data, I have a macro which accomplishes
this.

On the screen, they are the same size.

However, when printed or converted to PDF, sometimes the pie chart
sizes change. It's fairly unpredictable, from what I have seen,
depending on the data.

How can I force two pie charts to be exactly the same size no matter
what data they are showing or whether it's printed or converted to PDF?

I am currently testing with Excel 2002 on XP Pro.

Thanks!
