In Excel's online help, look up the "Auto" and "Advanced" filtering techniques. To see the options, go to the Standard Toolbar and select Data - Filter. ---- Regards, John Mansfield http://www.pdbook.com "SteW" wrote: If I have a list like 1,2,1,5,3,4,3,5 can I get excel to sort it and delete repeat values, giving 1,2,3,4,5? |
