want convet to:
x: value of count
y: year
x

How do I convert a line chart to a vertical line chart in Excel
 

If I understand you correctly, a XY Scatter chart would be the more
appropriate chart. Even though it and the Line chart look similar,
the former offers a numeric x axis.
