chart display as white page
 

I have a user on excel 2003 sp3 that every time she opens an excel document
with a chart the chart shows up as a blank screen. On my profile it works but
she does not want me to recreate her profile. We did find that if we went to
tool options and chart then active chart and clicked on chart sizes with
window frame it will show up.
But now I don't know how to set that as a default for all charts. On my
profile I don't have that checked and it works fine.
What can I do to fix it and why would this happen?
