Default How do I assess whether something falls into an area on a chart?

I have drawn a graph with 3 almost parallel lines on. I would like to be able
to put in a result, eg 4.6 @ 6hrs and for excel to say whether it is under
the bottom line or in-between two lines or above the top.

Any thoughts please?
