Plotting Chart with Two Values for Three Categories

I want to create a single chart which can display two different values
for each variable (by using one scale on left side, another on
right).

So for June-09 for "D" there would be a value of 24 (for number) and
9,863,000 (for amount), for "S" 24 and 30,000,000 and for I 8 and
10,822,000. Build chart so I can add July, Aug. etc. data.

I've seen some hints on how to do this with a single item (like "D"
only) but not all 3.
