Change color of point in series based on date
 

I have a line graph that covers Jan - Dec with 4 different series of data.
I'd like to change the color of either the line and/or the marker for each
month and series depending on if the data for that month is "closed/final" or
not.

Is there a way to change the color based on the month and not the actual data?
