Base Lines
 

I am attempting to draw a graph and want to put on the graph what the base
level this data will be compared against, ie 100,000 units is the base that
is to be met so if the numbers are showing 56,000 75,000 and 100,000 where
on the chart will the volumes be higher than requested and where are they
lower
