Log Scale Units

Good afternoon. I would like to modify the y-axis units (in log) from 10,
100, 1000 to (for example) 7, 70, 7000. Is this possible? Thanks!

Not in Excel 2003. I believe that the options in Excel 2007 may be
different, but whether that is possible I don't know.
