How to change and set the data range and increments in stcked char
 

How can I change and set the data range and increment values on the X axis of
Stacked chart

In my case I need the timings to get displayed startin from 2:30 AM to 17:30
in the increments of 15 mins

Plsss post me the reply as i am stuck with preparing a chart sice long..
